Entries
- All entries must be submitted online via https://inbusinessireland.com/recognition-awards/. Written/posted entries will not be accepted.
- All entries must be products, services or people operating and /or offering services available in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
- The submission will consist of a written application of 500 – 100 words and any supporting material. All supporting material should be presented online, via the entry portal.
- If you are entering several categories with the same entry, you should submit supporting material for each category – different judges will be judging different categories.
- In the unlikely case that a category is not deemed to be viable, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the category without notice.
- By entering into the awards, you are agreeing to attend or send a representative to the award ceremony should you be shortlisted as a finalist in April.
- In the event of cancellation of an entry, any refund is entirely at the Organisers’ discretion.
Judging
- Judging will take place in January 2024 for all categories. All entrants have been reviewed by a team of editors, who will review each application. All top entrants in each category will then be reviewed by a team of judges, who contain industry specialists and our Editorial Team . A minimum of two judges will judge each application and the final score will be the average of the marks.
- The decision of the judges is final, and neither the judges nor the event organisers will enter into correspondence regarding the results. We are not in a position to offer feedback regarding entries once they have been judged.
Attendance
- Awards will take place in the Clontarf Castle on Friday, April 11th 2024
- All finalists will be given priority in terms of attending the event. Tickets to other parties will only be offered when all finalists have been contacted regarding attendance.
Cancellation
- In the event of cancellation, any refund is entirely at the Organisers’ discretion.
- Refunds on tickets to the award ceremony will only be entertained where advanced notice of a minimum of 7 days is given prior to the event
IP AND RIGHT OF PUBLICITY REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
- By submitting a Communication, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the Communication to Ashville Media Group. You also represent and warrant that the Communication is original, was created by you, and does not contain any material or information whose inclusion in the Communication and/or use by Ashville Media Group in connection with Ashville Media Group’s exploitation of the Communication hereunder would violate or infringe upon any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or persona, right of privacy, moral rights, or other personal or proprietary right of any person or entity or violate any law or regulation.
- Each Communication submitted by you must consist entirely of material and/or information that is owned by you, including but not limited to any text, music, recordings, illustrations, photographic images, and video clips. By submitting a Communication, you represent and warrant that it does not contain any material or information that is owned or controlled by anyone other than you.
